Our staff are all professionally trained and hold a valid Security Industry Authority issued licence. Our officers will provide with a service which is courteous and polite to visitors, firm and positive with undesirables and give daily reports on events which occur each day within their security remit.

Security officers will be chosen and matched to the site requirements, capable of carrying out agreed duties in accordance with our code of practice and your on site security needs and regulations.

If required ICS officers can operate telephone switchboards, traffic management systems and internal CCTV systems.  They will operate a comprehensive gatehouse service, entry-control system, ID passes, car park access passes and maintain a reassuring presence in all areas.

Aware of statutory regulations surrounding your business ICS officers will also monitor the site for fire hazards, health and safety risks, leaks inefficient or unnecessary lighting and other environmental issues.

In addition to the exemplary on-site service you will have a dedicated customer Relationship Manager who will visit site regularly and hold monthly meetings with you to discuss service levels and the changing requirements of your security.  This allows ICS to operate a continuous improvement philosophy to service provision.
